- Participatory Action Research to aid in the development of best instructional practice through inquiry-driven dynamic projects that lead to proactive and measurable outcomes
- Differentiated Instruction training and support for teachers and school leaders to ensure that each child can access relevant curriculum and attain high standards of achievement
- Critical Friends-inspired staff evaluation process.
- Principal Licensure and Teacher Leadership development that meet the needs of both the individual and the school setting.
- Criterion-referenced organizational development and program evaluation to ensure high quality teachers and educational programming
- Staff Development through Evaluation – provide training and development relative to evaluation in two areas: a Critical Friends-inspired staff evaluation process that includes classroom observations and videotaping of classroom instruction, as well as peer and mentor review and feedback that culminates in a standards-based narrative evaluation; evaluation tools and processes that include cognitive and blended coaching models for school leaders and faculty.
